About the Project
Led the full creation of the e-commerce ecosystem for Alba de Cáliz, from concept and UX/UI design to technical execution, producing sketches, wireframes, and final interfaces while managing a team of three developers. Defined and supervised custom backend functionality, including a bespoke payment plan system built in PHP and JavaScript for the brand’s business model, acting as the link between design, technology, and business requirements.
