Creative Lead
& Digital Strategist

Creative Lead with over eight years of experience working across Europe, Brazil, and the United States. My background is defined by operating in multicultural environments, where creative decisions must adapt to different markets, audiences, and business expectations. I have led multidisciplinary teams within international agencies, overseeing brand development, digital platforms, and high-end 3D visualization projects. My role typically sits close to leadership, translating strategic objectives into clear creative direction and executable systems.

My work focuses on branding, digital design, web development, and spatial visualization, particularly in real estate and premium brand contexts. I am accustomed to projects where clarity, consistency, and commercial performance matter as much as visual quality.

Multidisciplinary Creative Practice

Core Capabilities

Blending strategy, design, and 3D to create effective solutions.

I combine brand strategy, digital design, and 3D visualization to deliver work that supports clear business objectives. Every project is structured, intentional, and aligned with measurable outcomes.

Creative Direction & Leadership

I lead multidisciplinary teams by defining clear creative frameworks, production standards, and decision criteria, translating strategy into execution at scale. Direction is aligned through Figma and structured creative systems, while delivery is managed across distributed teams using Notion and Asana. The focus is on maintaining visual consistency, decision clarity, and quality control across complex projects spanning brand, digital, and content production.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Brand positioning work is grounded in concrete signals from existing digital assets and market behavior. Direction is informed by performance data from tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads, qualitative insights from landing pages, social presence, and competitor websites, and visual benchmarking across comparable brands. These inputs are consolidated into structured brand audits and reference maps, which are translated into research decks and visual studies in Figma. Positioning decisions are validated through layout exploration, hierarchy tests, and tone calibration before being locked into visual systems and guidelines applied across digital platforms, editorial assets, and campaigns.

Integrated Digital Strategy

Work typically starts with mapping user entry points through Google Analytics and ad platforms, identifying friction in landing pages, and defining clear conversion paths. Websites and landing experiences are then structured in Webflow or WordPress with tracking, events, and attribution in place, allowing creative decisions to be measured and refined. This approach ensures that design, content, and performance are aligned, and that digital outputs support both brand positioning and measurable outcomes.

UX / Product Thinking

UX work is approached as a decision system rather than a visual exercise. Product structure is defined through user flows, content hierarchy, and conversion logic mapped directly in Figma. Wireframes and interaction models are tested against real use cases such as lead qualification, booking flows, and content consumption, ensuring clarity before visual refinement. Design decisions are validated through iteration, stakeholder feedback, and performance signals, allowing interfaces to remain intuitive while supporting business goals.

3D Visualization & Motion

3D visualization work is handled across the full CGI pipeline, from high-precision modeling to final image delivery. Assets are developed in 3ds Max and Blender, with detailed sculpting and refinement in ZBrush where required. Look development, lighting, and rendering are executed using Corona Renderer, with final color, contrast, and detail control handled in Photoshop. The focus is on realism, material accuracy, and visual consistency, whether producing still imagery or motion assets for real estate, product, and brand communication.

Content Systems & Operations

Content operations are structured to support consistency, speed, and scale across teams and deliverables. Asset production is organized through clear pipelines defined in Notion and Asana, covering briefing, versioning, review, and final delivery. Standards for naming, formats, and approvals are established upfront, allowing distributed teams to work efficiently without sacrificing quality. This approach ensures that content remains aligned with creative direction while being operationally reliable across campaigns, platforms, and ongoing production cycles.
